Go to "Home > Membership Centre" to view your membership level (LV1 - LV4).

Every purchase you make is tallied up and automatically accumulated towards the corresponding level. The more you spend, the higher your level, and the more membership benefits you unlock!

Earning and Redeeming Points

Purchases earn you points, which can be redeemed in the "Points Shop". Benefits obtained through redemption can be used store-wide and are valid for 7 days after being claimed.

Key point: the 7th of every month is "Membership Day", when purchases earn 1.2× points, with a cap of 200 bonus points accumulated on the day. If you usually place orders on Membership Day, it's worth keeping in mind.

Monthly Benefits, Automatically Refreshed

At 0:00 on the 1st of each month, the system automatically refreshes that month's exclusive benefits based on your level. Take LV1 as an example: simply log in to the Membership Centre each month to claim your benefits:

Level-exclusive benefits can also be used store-wide and are valid for the month in which they are claimed~ Remember to pop in at the start of each month to claim them — the higher your level, the richer the benefits!
